PRODUCT DRAWINGS & PROTOTYPE
Our engineer uses market leading software to create 3D drawings. Prototype are produced and available for client’s approval.
TOOLING
Once the drawings and sample are developed and agreed with our clients, our tooling team will use our in-house machines to create tooling for the product. The tooling is fine tuned to specifications before use for mass productions.
PRODUCTION & ASSEMBLY
Every process in production is lead by an experienced team leader.
QUALITY CONTROL
In-house QC tests are done to ensure products are up to standard. From the sourcing of materials to packing and delivery, we examine each item at each stage in order to ensure the quality and performance of the products for our customers. We also have a strong working relationship with all the market leading firms for conducting QC and lab tests.
PACKAGING & STORAGE
Once the packaging are completed, the finished products are stored in a secured area.
